Your first class at our studio is 10 EUR.
CANCELATION POLICY: Class spots are limited so please sign up in advance. If you can’t make it, please cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts, else your class card will be charged even if you don’t show up.
Classes for adults are held with a minimum of 3 participants and are canceled 2 hours before the class if they don’t reach the minimum number. If you’re signed up and the class is canceled we will not charge your class card and you can use it some other time! Please, make sure you check the Live Schedule or your email before you set off to class.
Class Levels & Requirements
Introduction to Contemporary
This course is an introduction to contemporary dance designed for those who have not danced before and would like to give it a try. You will learn the basic principles of modern and contemporary dance techniques as well and strength, coordination and basic dance anatomy. The class will finish in an energetic, flowing routine. Please bring a free style, comfortable dance outfit. No dance shoes required.
Beginners Contemporary Dance Class · Level 1&2
A beginners level contemporary class aimed at exploring the body's possibilities in movement. Through various modern dance techniques and a full class from floor to choreography, we will bring awareness to our actions and direct our energy constructively. Learn to consciously guide your movement while increasing technique, strength and flexibility in the body. This class will provide each dancer with the tools they need to move on to Contemporary Level 3. If you have more than 18 months of recent contemporary training or more than 3 years of ballet training, please try or Level 3 class.
Please come in comfortable dance wear with bare feet or socks.
Intermediate Contemporary Dance Class · Level 3
A contemporary class for intermediate students wanting to increase their strength, flexibility and body awareness, drawing inspiration from a range of contemporary dance techniques. Together we find ways of using, instead of resisting, the music, gravity, and the body's natural instincts. This class is suitable for those who are progressing from the beginners class, or have similar previous experience in contemporary dance. Minimum requirement for this class: more than 18 months of recent contemporary training or more than 3 years of ballet training. Please come in comfortable dance wear with bare feet or socks.
