Are you trying to do a cartwheel? Or would you like to learn how to do a handstand? Join this fun, energetic and structured acrobatics class for children. In an engaging age-appropriate way we will work on cartwheels, jumping into rolls, backbends, splits, handstands, and easy acro-balancing.

In this class children do not only improve their coordination, flexibility, balance, fitness, and technique they also develop patience and concentration. Boys and girls can work at their own individual acrobatic level whilst learning how to help each other and work as a team. Come and join a fun acrobatics class without any pressure of competition!

Join this fun, energetic, and structured acrobatics class for children.
Depending on the individual level we will work on cartwheels, jumping into rolls, round-offs, bridges, handstands, walkovers, while working towards arials and handsprings.
Children do not only improve their coordination, flexibility, balance, fitness, and technique they also develop patience and concentration. In this class boys and girls can work at their own individual acrobatic level whilst learning how to work as a team. Come and join a fun acrobatics class without any pressure of competition!

*** Level requirements: No prior training required. 


AcroDance: Are you trying to do a handstand or a walkover? Do you find joy in dancing along to today's top hits? If so, we invite you to join our acrodance class tailored for children.

This is a fun class with popular music that combines acrobatic tricks seamlessly with dance steps. AcroDance is an art form and a great way to improve posture and body awareness, gain strength and flexibility, develop co-ordination and balance, encourage rhythm and musicality.

From cartwheels to graceful rolls, from achieving greater flexibility to mastering handstands and walkovers/handsprings, our curriculum covers a wide range of acrobatic and dance techniques. Regardless of skill level, boys and girls will have the opportunity to progress at their own pace while learning the importance of teamwork and mutual support.

Join us for a stress-free acrodance experience where the focus is on fun and growth, free from the pressures of competition!

TEENAGERS (75 min)

Join this fun, energetic, and structured acrobatics class. Depending on the individual level we will work on cartwheels, jumping into rolls, round-offs, handstands, walkovers, arials and handsprings.
The class will begin with a cardio warm-up, leading into intense strength and flexibility training. We will work on balancing and traveling acrobatic tricks, as well as basic AcroDance sequencing, preparing students for the more advanced Teen AcroDance course. Come and join a fun acrobatics class without any pressure of competition!

*** Level requirements (10-13 years): Basic understanding of acrobatic skills required, such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. If you can't do that yet please, try the class for age 8-10 years.

*** Level requirements (Teenager Class): An intermediate-level understanding of acrobatic skills is required, such as rolls, handstands, cartwheel variations, bridges from standing, and front and back walkovers. This course is our highest level available. It should be understood that this class is not for beginner level acrobats.


AcroDANCE
TEENAGERS (75 min)


AcroDance is an art form that blends acrobatic tricks seamlessly with dance steps, providing an extra level of excitement and flair to the choreography. AcroDance has softer, more lyrical looking lines, with the emphasis being on lengthening “through” the tricks and holding balances with interesting variations.

Students will be challenged with AcroDance choreography, utilizing acrobatic and dance tricks to create sequences on the matt and floor. The class will begin with a cardio warm-up, leading into intense strength and flexibility training. We will work on balancing and traveling acrobatic tricks, as well as dance-influenced tricks such as turns, leaps, and jumps.

CLASS UNIFORMS & DRESS CODE

Dress code helps to create a concentrated and safe environment in class. It helps instructors correct posture and spot acrobatic exercises safely. Acrobatics classes will require a uniform leotard, and your hair in a tight ponytail. (Don’t worry - You will not need all this to try the class.)

Our weekly classes are continuous - join in at any time. To try a class all you need to do is register in our  Live Schedule.  The schedule will not let you sign up when we are on vacation and you can also check if the regular teacher is teaching the day you wish to come.
