DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Part 2 of our comprehensive "Introduction to Ballet" workshop, an ideal continuation for those seeking to enhance their confidence before enrolling in our Ballet Level 1 classes. This workshop is also suitable for individuals who have recently attended a minimum of 5 ballet classes or have received prior beginner training.
In this 6-hour workshop, you will delve further into the world of ballet, expanding your ballet vocabulary, refining positions, and practicing barre exercises. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn fundamental turns, leaps, and jumps. Our instructors will explain the technique, allowing students to grasp the essence of ballet, encompassing its values, discipline, and foundational principles.
Upon completion of this course, we highly encourage you to join our "Ballet Beginners Level 1" class.
