Ballet Classes for Ages 5–7 in Berlin – Structured, English-Language Ballet for Young Beginners

This structured, beginning-level classical ballet class gives children aged 5–7 a solid and joyful foundation in ballet technique. Set in a creative, age-appropriate environment in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, each class introduces barre exercises, centre work and travelling steps — the building blocks of classical dance.
Every session is thoughtfully designed to develop flexibility, posture, grace and confidence, while playful, creative elements keep the spirit of exploration alive as young dancers grow into their technique. Classes are taught in English and structured to be accessible for children at all language levels — whether English is their first language or one they are still discovering.
For this class, little dancers should be ready to join on their own.
Level Requirements
The minimum age is 5 years old. All children should be ready to join the class independently. If you're not sure whether your child will enjoy this workshop, please come to a trial session in one of our weekly classes.
What to Wear & What to Bring
For ballet classes, we recommend a leotard, ballet tights, soft ballet slippers, and hair in a bun or ponytail. Minimum outfit is: soft ballet slippers, leggings, and a fitted T-shirt. Please bring a water bottle.

It should be understood that the workshop requires a minimum number of participants. If the registration list does not meet the minimum number of participants required, the workshop will not happen and your payment will be refunded. Typically, we will confirm the workshop one week before. If you need the confirmation earlier, please send us an email.
