Pre-Acrobatics for Young Children | 3-5 years

This fun and engaging class introduces young children to the basics of acrobatics. They’ll learn foundational skills like proper hand positioning, forward and backward rolls, and beginning handstands, building towards future moves like cartwheels.
Through activities such as jumping, bending, balancing, and skipping, children explore their movement potential while developing body awareness, strength, and flexibility. To spark their imaginations and support English skills, exercises incorporate stories, songs, and visual imagery—transforming your child into a dinosaur, swan, or lion while they learn.
