Long Duration Stretch

Long Duration Stretch is a slow, mindful mobility class that gradually opens the body through extended holds and gentle, progressive depth. Postures are held long enough for muscles and fascia to soften, allowing tension to release layer by layer. Guided by calm breathwork and a gradual increase in range, the class supports safe flexibility while creating a quiet, supportive space to slow down, move more freely, and build deep body awareness. Suitable for all levels and especially beneficial for dancers.
