16 young performers. One ensemble. A small English-speaking theatre ensemble in Berlin for creative teens and young adults ages 13–21 years.
We are building a tight-knit group of young people who want to create an original piece together — through performance, acting, storytelling, movement, writing, design, and collaboration. The ensemble will develop work from the ground up and bring it to the stage in a real Berlin theatre performance.

A Creative Space for English-Speaking Youth in Berlin
Have you ever imagined being on stage? Wanted to create a character, write scenes, explore movement, or help build a performance from the very beginning? Maybe you love theatre already.
The Center Youth Ensemble is for teenagers and young adults who want to make something together over time — not alone, but as part of a committed group. The ensemble will meet weekly, develop original work, and work toward a real stage performance in Berlin. Because the group is intentionally small, every person will matter.
The ensemble takes place in English and is open to English-speaking, bilingual, and international teenagers and young adults in Berlin — a space where young people can feel creatively challenged, supported, and connected, both artistically and socially.

From Early Access to Ensemble

Send in your application — People on the list will be the first to know when applications open.
Free Creative Workshop — As part of the application process, a smaller group of applicants will be invited to a free creative workshop — a chance to meet, work together, and get a sense of the ensemble we are building.
From there, the final 16 participants will be selected.
