Our Lyrical Contemporary class for teens brings together elements of lyrical, jazz, and contemporary dance to create a smooth and expressive movement style. Dancers work with modern music and meaningful lyrics, learning to connect emotion, musicality, and technique.

Each class includes a full warm-up, technique and conditioning exercises, across-the-floor combinations, and lots of expressive choreography. It’s perfect for teens who want to explore creative, emotional movement in a supportive English-speaking environment. A bit of dance background is helpful, but no advanced experience is needed.
