Signed up with a contract for Kids and Teen Classes

Members of The Center who are signed up with a contract and are paying a monthly fee for kids and teen classes throughout the vacation get a 24 Euro reduction on your fee. Members send an email to Martina before registering to receive your reduced workshop ticket in your bsport account! To avoid disappointment, please register as soon as possible.

Please register and pay through our online booking system bsport. You can pay with a credit card or Sofort (online banking) Please register with the child’s first name and the parent’s email and mobile phone number (not the child’s!) as this is a an emergency phone number!

Cancellation Policy

a) WITHDRAWAL

In case of cancellation, we refund the entire workshop fee minus a processing fee of 10€ up until 10 days before the workshop begins. Until 3 days before the workshop begins, we refund 50% of the workshop fee minus a processing fee of 10€.

Afterwards, we don’t refund any fees.

To cancel please send an email to martina@thecenter-berlin.de. Canceling classes in your account does NOT cancel the workshop. This can only be done by email!

b) MISSED CLASSES

We do not offer credits or offer discounts if you can not attend certain days of the workshop.

C) WORKSHOP CANCELED

Workshops and Camps are held with a minimum of participants. If we don’t reach the minimum number 24 hours before the workshop begins or the studio has to cancel for unforeseeable reasons, the workshop will be canceled. You will receive an email notification. In this case, you can choose to keep the workshop credited in your bSport account or have the full fee refunded to your bank account.
