About your registration
Our studio uses bsport solutions as our booking and management platform. Log in to your bsport account or create an account here:
bsport Account
Please register your bSport account with the child’s full name (not the parent’s name) and with the parent’s email address and telephone so we have a proper emergency contact for the child. Please double check that the email address you registered with is correct. Your email address will be used to send important information such as payment receipts, registration confirmations, booking cancellations, class cancelations, and waiting list confirmations. If you do not receive any of these, please check your spam folder.
Please make sure to keep your login information. In your bSport account, you can review your purchases and your schedule at any time.
Payments in bSport can be made with a credit card, Klarna (Sofortüberweisung) & Bankeinzug (Direct Debit).
Trial lessons for children and teen classes
Please always make sure to sign up for a trial lesson in advance. Spots are limited! Sign ups must be made through the bSport account. Sign ups can not be made by telephone or email. You must prepay for the trial lesson in bSport.
Please be sure to show up for your trial lesson at least 10 minutes before the start of the class to meet the teacher, change into your activewear and settle in before the class begins. No parents are allowed to stay in the studio’s classroom during the trial lessons. Please be ready to speak with the teacher after the trial lesson about your child’s continuation in the course.
Trial hour Cancelations
Cancelations can only be made within your bSport account. Cancellations cannot be made by email or telephone. You may cancel your participation in a trial lesson up to 12 hours before the start of the class.
Contracts
When signing a contract with The Center, you can choose to make your payment through credit card or Bankeinzug (Direct Debit). If a direct debit charge were to bounce, we charge a 10 EUR processing fee. If a credit card charge were to bounce, we charge a 15 EUR processing fee.
A contract allows you to sign up for a specific weekly class. The contract will guarantee your spot in this class by automatically signing you up for the class in advance. Please note that your monthly fees (e.g. 48 EUR for one class per week) stay the same even if we close for vacation or you don’t show up to class. Canceling a single class in our booking system bsport does not change this.
Contract Cancelation

Contracts can be canceled on the 30th of April, the 31st of August or the 31st of December of each year. Signing up for classes

CONTRACT CANCELATION

Drop-in class option
Class tickets can be purchased with a credit card or Klarna (Sofortüberweisung).
Please reserve your spot ahead of time. Spots are limited! Please note that we do not allow walk-ins. Sign ups must be made through the bSport account. Sign ups can not be made by telephone or email.
Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the start of the class. If you cancel within the cancelation period, your class ticket will be refunded as class credits. Monetary refunds are not possible. If you cancel your class later than six hours before the class's start time or you do not show up to class, your ticket will expire and no refund will be made.
How class tickets work with class credits
Our class tickets work with “credits”. One credit reflects 15 minutes of class time. For example- If you book a 75 minute class, 5 credits will be used from your class ticket. The amount for workshops can be slightly different but will be explained in the workshop description.
Cancellation policy
Cancelations can only be made within your bSport account. Cancellations cannot be made by email or telephone.
You may cancel your participation in a class up to 12 hours before the start of the class.
If there are less than three participants, the class will automatically be cancelled two hours before the class's start time. In this case, you will receive an email notification. Your class ticket will not be charged and you will be refunded the class credits. You can cancel your class by logging into your account, find the class under “my next sessions”, click cancel and confirm.
It should be understood that classes which have less than three (3) participants registered will be automatically cancelled. In the event that we cancel the class due to low registration, you will receive an email notification 4 hours prior to the class start time.

Waiting list
In the event that a class is full, a waiting list will open for registration. The waiting list has no order. When a vacancy arises, all the people on the list receive an email at the same time inviting them to register. If you do not receive an email notification about a spot becoming available, please do not show up to the class.
Refund policy
If a class ticket is refunded, it will be refunded as class credits. This means you can use the refunded credits to take other classes. We do not issue refunds to your bank account unless a workshop is canceled by The Center and you specifically ask for a monetary refund. Workshops
Please make sure to register for our workshops in advance as spots are limited! Payments can be made with a credit card, Klarna (Sofortüberweisung) or Bankeinzug (Direct Debit).
In case of cancellation, we refund the entire workshop fee minus a processing fee of 10€ up until 10 days before the workshop begins. Until 3 days before the workshop begins, we refund 50% of the workshop fee minus a processing fee of 10€. Afterwards, we don’t refund any fees.
We do not offer credits or offer discounts if you can not attend certain days of the workshop.

Workshops are held with a minimum of participants. If we don’t reach the minimum number 24 hours before the workshop begins, the workshop will be canceled. You will receive an email notification. In this case, you can choose to keep the workshop credited in your bSport account or have the full fee refunded to your bank account.
Studio Regulations
Our classes are taught exclusively in English. We hire qualified, professionally trained instructors/artists to lead our classes.
The Center prides itself on its commitment to community and diversity and takes steps to ensure that no learner is discriminated against on grounds of race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy or for any other reason. The Center is committed to the prevention of any and all harassment for the students and for our staff/teachers.
Please respect our teachers' additional classroom rules and regulations. Should a client demonstrate any harassment or discrimination towards our teachers, the teacher has the right to remove the client from the class. Please respect the property of The Center, our teachers and other clients. Theft of any kind is not permitted and will be reported. In addition, please take care of your belongings. We do not refund for lost, stolen or broken valuables.
Please protect the hygiene and integrity of our studio. To protect our dance floors, please take your outdoor shoes off before entering the classroom. Dance heels can only be worn with protectors. Roller skates, black heels, and outdoor shoes are absolutely not permitted in the studio. Absolutely no food, soft drinks, or alcohol is allowed in the studio’s classroom.
