Ballet Vacation Workshop for kids & teenagers · intermediate level

A basic classical ballet class suitable for teenagers with some previous experience in ballet. Barre work helps develop strength, technique, grace, and flexibility. Students learn more basic ballet vocabulary, step combinations at the barre and in the center as well as traveling steps across the floor. This class is also suitable for more advanced students that would like to work on their technique.
LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
At least two years of previous and recent ballet training is required. Younger students should have longer prior experience in ballet!
WHAT TO WEAR & WHAT TO BRING
Please wear a freestyle ballet outfit. Ballet classes will require a leotard, ballet tights, soft ballet slippers and your hair in a bun. Ballet shoes are recommended, socks are permitted. Please bring a water bottle.
We recommend a local dance shop, ProDanse, for all your dance attire needs.
