A contemporary class involving exercises to build strength, flexibility and body awareness - different energy levels and speeds of movement are explored, testing the body's possibilities. Elements from many contemporary dance techniques are covered, from floor work to choreographic phrases. Together we find ways of using, instead of resisting, the music, gravity, and the body's natural instincts.
Please come in comfortable dance wear with bare feet or socks.
