Summer Dance Camp for Children in English

This is a great camp for children who enjoy dancing! We are offering two dance classes (Ballet, Jazz, and Lyrical dance) with a short snack break in between. After our lunch break in the park, we will continue to learn a fun dance routine while preparing a short show that we will show you at the end of the week.
In this week we will play fun games, have energetic warm ups, practice ballet and jazz moves, learn a choreography, go to the park for a picknick and spend some quiet time together relaxing AND perform!
LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
This camp is open to dancers of all levels! Some prior experience in dance is recommended, but not required.

WHAT TO WEAR & WHAT TO BRING
Please wear freestyle, tight-fitting activewear. Clothes should not be restricting and should be age appropriate. Dance classes can be in either Ballet slippers or Jazz dance shoes. Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the studio! Hair should be pulled up and away from the face. Please bring a water bottle.
Be sure to also provide your child with a healthy snack, packed lunch, sunhat and sunscreen! Weather permitting we will spend as much time as we can in Friedrichshain Park during our lunch break.
