Dance Camp in English

For all of you who love dancing! Join us for 4 1/2 hours of intensive dance training every day! Each day begins with a full ballet class that will be taught throughout the week at levels appropriate and challenging for everyone. As we work towards our end-of-the-week studio show for friends and family, you will be introduced to different dance styles including ballet, lyrical, and jazz.
During our rehearsal, we will develop choreography for a short video that we will make on the final day. (All participants will be asked to sign a release form. The video may be posted on The Center’s social media platforms and can be posted by participants if they tag The Center)
Group size: 5-16 participants
LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
For this workshop we recommend at least two years of regular and recent dance training. Students should be at least 10 years old.

Attended Lunch break: Be sure to also provide your child with a healthy snack, packed lunch, sunhat and sunscreen! Weather permitting we will spend as much time as we can on Wasserturm during our lunch break.
WHAT TO WEAR & WHAT TO BRING
We recommend proper dance attire: Leotard, tights/leggings, and ballet/jazz shoes. If you don’t have a ballet and jazz dance outfit, please wear tight fitting activewear and bring socks. Proper dance shoes are highly recommended. Hair in a bun for ballet class. Please bring a water bottle.
