In this workshop, students will be challenged to perfect their current tricks. We will work on more advanced tricks, such as balancing tricks, one-handed tricks, aerials, from and back walkovers, front and back handsprings, as well as strength and overall flexibility. Classes include an energetic warm up and a cool down at the end.
LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
Students should have a good understanding of bridges, handstands, cartwheels and basic rolls.
WHAT TO WEAR & WHAT TO BRING
Please wear tight-fitting clothing. A leotard and leggings are recommended. Hair should be pulled up and away from the face. Please bring a water bottle.

Registration must be made in advance and for a full week.
