DESCRIPTION
Get fit upside down! Also learn a new party trick. This workshop will work drills to ensure you can handstand safely. While doing so, building strength and toning the body. It's an upside down workout. We will build confidence and ensure that you can keep this practice in the long term. We will work on Body conditioning and flexibility and mobility. We will work on technical aspects of the handstand, alignment . We will also play around with different shapes in handstands and variations.
WHAT TO WEAR / WHAT TO BRING
Please bring freestyle, tight fitted but flexible activewear and a water bottle. No shoes required.
