Join us for this intensive dance weekend! (Friday ,March 8 is a bank holiday!) This introduction to Contemporary Ballet is tailored for those with at least one year of prior classical ballet training. Delve into barre exercises, center and across the floor work, and choreography, exploring modern techniques and off-center positions within the ballet language. The technique will be broken down to its core, providing a deeper understanding of the values, discipline, and foundations of contemporary ballet. Limited spots available, so sign up now! Previous classical ballet training is recommended, and comfort in our Level 1&2 Ballet classes is advisable. This workshop spans three consecutive days, with each session lasting for two hours.
