This is a dance aerobic fitness class that features movements to tone and strengthen your body. Just follow along and learn steps to your favorite Pop song, shake your hips to some Salsa and drop it low to some African beats. Come join us as we go into this non-stop cardio workout class packed with fun, sweat and high energy!
Conditioning Workout · Strengthening & Stretching
Get a "head to toe" body toning workout in this conditioning class. The workout is achieved through high repetition movement without any additional weights and non-cardio exercises. While focusing on core strength we will also take our time to stretch. The class is a great addition to all dance classes and suitable for all levels.
At the Center you will be taught by international dancers in English. Join in at any time. Your first class at our studio is only 10 Euro. All you need to do is register through our Live Schedule.

Your first class at our studio is 10 EUR.
CANCELATION POLICY: Class spots are limited so please sign up in advance. If you can’t make it, please cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts, else your class card will be charged even if you don’t show up.
Classes for adults are held with a minimum of 3 participants and are canceled 2 hours before the class if they don’t reach the minimum number. If you’re signed up and the class is canceled we will not charge your class card and you can use it some other time! Please, make sure you check the Live Schedule or your email before you set off to class.
Class Uniforms & Dress Code
There is no uniform for the adults. Please come in appropriate dance/gym wear. Dance Workout class will require trainers that are strictly for indoor use only. Outdoor sneakers are not allowed in the studio.
