Baby Movement & Massage

An innovative session for mums/dads and the youngest of babies. Together we will develop our understanding of the moving explorations our little ones are making from the tiniest gestures and expressions to their full body rolls and shuffles. We will support their development with games, massage and play activities, finding time along the way to relax and refresh ourselves with selected yoga and bodywork techniques.
This class is suitable for babies from 9 weeks to when they start to crawl. Crawlers and toddlers please join Baby Movement & Games.
