Health and Fitness Classes

From Baby Massage to Fitness

The Center provides weekly classes that help support the healthy physical, social and language development of your child through music, body movement, physical exercise and games.
We have an amazing team of qualified native English-speaking instructors who aim to create a warm, supportive and non-competitive environment where students of all ages and abilities can feel good about themselves as they learn and grow.

Kids Need to Move

Children need to be active and move! Physical activity is good for their health and fitness, but also helps their social, emotional and cognitive development. It promotes body awareness, spatial orientation, self-confidence, concentration, attention - and it is the young child’s preferred mode of learning.

Baby Groups

The perfect groups for international and English-speaking families with very young children! Here we will play, sing and laugh with our babies while we help promote their healthy development through interaction, movement games, and baby massage. We offer songs, nursery rhymes and finger plays that you can go on to share with your child at home.

Family Classes

Our Family Classes are mixed-age classes geared toward children ages 1-3. Younger or older siblings are welcome, too. Classes are designed to support the physical, social and language development of your children while we encourage them to interact and learn from each other. These classes are perfect for moms and dads with two or more children.

La Leche League

The Center is home to monthly breastfeeding support meetings for pregnant and nursing mothers.
La Leche League meetings cover the many different aspects of breastfeeding, such as preparing to feed a new baby, overcoming challenges, introducing solids and weaning, and going back to work. Although there is a meeting topic, all nursing questions will be addressed.

Awesome Workouts

These classes are challenging and fun. Get and awesome workout while you learn fun dance moves. You can bring your friends and meet new ones.

Health and Safety

What do I do when a stranger approaches me on the street? What about when someone at school pushes or hits me?
Some of our workshops focus on our children's well-being. We will cover topics such as peer pressure, bullying, getting lost or other demanding situations and how to deal with them.
