General Workshop Registration Policies

Dates or fees may differ for some workshops and will then be listed with the workshop description.

1. REGISTRATION
Registration and payment are required at least one week prior to workshop start date.

2. LATE REGISTRATION
If you would like to register later than one week before the workshop start date, please, contact us before registering.

3. PAYMENTS

Please, note that we can only take payments in cash at The Center.

4. TRIAL HOURS
We offer trial hours in some workshops. See class description for details. Please, register for your trial hour online and pay the fee for the class in advance.

5. EARLY BIRD FEE REDUCTION
In some workshops we offer a reduced "Errly Bird Fee". Registration and payment are required at least two weeks prior to workshop start date.

6. REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

a) WITHDRAWAL
You can withdraw from your registration up to one week before the workshop start date. On withdrawal we will keep a registration fee of 15 euros and refund the rest of the workshop fee to your account. No refunds can be made after that date.

b) MISSED CLASSES
We are sorry that we cannot provide make-up classes or issue refunds to those who miss classes due to illness or other events beyond our control.

c) WORKSHOP CANCELED
Workshops are held with a minimum of participants.
If we have to cancel a workshop, your full payment will be refunded and we will contact you per email as soon as possible. Please, check your email on the day before the workshop starts.

7. WORKSHOP and REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Workshops and registrations are usually not confirmed. If you don't hear from us, we look forward to seeing you at the workshop.
